Automation & APIs
Workflow automation
A repetitive routine becomes an understandable, controlled flow.

SERVICE 06 / 10
The right data, in the right place, through explicit rules.
01 / INTENT
An integration starts with understanding data: source, format, frequency and system of record. We define the exchange contract before building the connector. This addresses mapping, duplicates and unexpected responses instead of hiding them behind a technical connection.
02 / SCOPE
One connector between 2 systems with documented APIs, covering one main business object and one sync direction. Authentication, usage limits and error behaviour are scoped at the outset.

Examples and operating procedure
03 / PROCESS
Two-way sync, systems without APIs, large historical datasets and vendor-imposed changes require an adapted quote. Maintenance is agreed separately.
FAQ
An external change may require an update. Version monitoring and maintenance can be included in a separate agreement.
