ORVYLIQ / INFORMATION
Service terms
Clear information about the website, your data and the terms of our communication.
Updated: 8 October 2026Engagement framework
The site serves businesses and individuals. It presents services and prepares enquiries. It does not automatically conclude contracts or collect payments. An engagement requires a written proposal accepted through its stated procedure.
Scope and price
“From” amounts refer to the described starting scopes. They are in euros, including applicable taxes. The total, third-party fees, licences, subscriptions, travel and additional work are detailed before acceptance. Visiting or enquiring does not activate a subscription.
Organisation and schedule
Displayed durations are indicative. Scheduling depends on scope, available access, approvals and dependencies. The client appoints a contact, supplies agreed materials and identifies known constraints. The effect of delays or changes is discussed and documented.
Payment and changes
The quote or contract defines payment milestones, methods and terms applicable to the client. Requests beyond the initial scope may require an amendment accepted before implementation. Any deposit, suspension or termination terms are supplied before commitment and respect mandatory rights.
Acceptance and handover
Verification criteria and reporting procedures are defined in the proposal. Agreed items are reviewed in an appropriate environment. Issues should be described so they can be assessed. This site does not treat silence as an automatic waiver of client rights.
Code, rights and third-party components
The contract defines deliverables, access, usage rights or any assignment, including scope, purpose, duration and territory where necessary. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their licences. The client must hold the necessary rights to supplied content and data.
Access, data and confidentiality
Provided access must be authorised and limited to project needs. Do not send passwords, API secrets, identity documents or sensitive data through the initial form. If ORVYLIQ processes personal data on a client’s behalf, roles and instructions must be governed by an appropriate agreement.
Maintenance and external services
Ongoing maintenance, on-call support and service levels are included only when expressly agreed. Third-party tools and providers may change their services or interfaces. Absolute security, permanent availability, commercial growth or a constant technical score is not promised.
Complaints and applicable law
Complaints can be sent to business@orvyliqsoftware.tech with the project, facts and requested solution. Seeking an amicable outcome does not remove access to courts. Engagements are prepared under French law without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections.
