Before commitment, an individual receives a service description, total price, schedule, payment arrangements, any fees and contractual terms. Catalogue starting prices do not constitute project acceptance. No payment is taken on this website.
Right of withdrawal
For a service contract concluded remotely or off-premises and governed by consumer law, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from contract conclusion. Applicable exceptions and procedures must be explained before commitment. A customised service alone does not automatically remove the right.
Notify your decision
You may send an unambiguous statement to business@orvyliqsoftware.tech or ORVYLIQ, 9 rue de Bonnel, 69003 Lyon, France, identifying your name, the contract and your decision. The helper below prepares text; you must then send it. Retain evidence of sending.
Early start and full performance
Starting before the period ends requires the applicable express request or consent. Where legal conditions are met, withdrawing after a requested start may entail proportionate payment for work performed. Loss of the right after full performance requires applicable legal conditions; an enquiry is neither consent to start nor a waiver.
Refunds and statutory rights
A valid withdrawal leads to reimbursement under statutory conditions and time limits, generally within 14 days of notice, subject to amounts lawfully due for requested performance. Applicable statutory guarantees and mandatory protections for the service or digital service are not excluded by this information.
Complaints and mediation
First send a written complaint to business@orvyliqsoftware.tech. After an unresolved complaint, consumers may access free mediation under the legal conditions. The details of the mediator actually appointed by ORVYLIQ must be supplied in pre-contractual and contractual information. This site does not designate an unconfirmed organisation.
