Information received and purposes
We receive information you choose to send: name, email, any company, client type, service, indicative budget and project description. It is used to reply, prepare proposals, perform accepted contracts, invoice and handle complaints. Sensitive data is not requested in the initial exchange.
Local form and legal bases
The form prepares text on your device. It does not automatically send fields to a server. You choose to send using your email app. Project correspondence relies on pre-contractual steps or the contract; required records on legal duties; ordinary correspondence and dispute handling on legitimate interests subject to your rights. Optional language memory relies on consent.
Recipients and transfers
Only necessary people and providers may access data relevant to their role. Hosting may process IP addresses, requests and technical logs to serve and protect the site. Messages pass through the relevant email providers. No advertising or analytics tools are embedded. Processing outside the EEA must be covered by applicable safeguards.
Retention periods
Unconverted enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a duty or justified need applies. Contract and accounting records are retained according to applicable obligations and legitimate evidential needs. Form fields are not saved in browser storage. Language and privacy choices expire after no more than 180 days.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. A response is normally provided within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to the CNIL or the competent authority.
Security and decisions
Information is used for agreed purposes and access should remain limited to need. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. The site does not perform advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal effects. Defining a proposal involves human discussion.
